Cancellation Policy for AyuVeda Health

We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Before Shipment
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.
To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your:
- Order ID
- Registered phone number
- Reason for cancellation
If the order has not been dispatched, a full refund will be initiated.
After Shipment
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Customers may refuse delivery at the time of delivery if they no longer wish to accept the order.
2. Cancellation by AyuVeda Health
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details
- Issues identified by our payment or security systems
In such cases, customers will be informed and eligible refunds will be processed.
3. Refund Timeline
For prepaid orders, approved refunds are generally processed within:
- 5–10 business days depending on the payment method and banking partner.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch.
Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may lead to restrictions on future purchases.
5. Non-Cancellable Situations
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation if:
- The product has already been delivered
- The item is opened, used, or damaged after delivery
- The order is marked as shipped or out for delivery
