Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require confirmation before dispatch.

Shipping Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on selected products and promotional offers.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Courier partner details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email

You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the order remains undelivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details. AyuVeda Health will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged package or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the package and product
