Return & Refund Policy for AyuVeda Health

Thank you for shopping with AyuVeda Health.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Defective item received
  • Missing items in the package

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Proof such as unboxing video or product images may be required

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Consumable wellness or supplement products once opened
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Orders rejected after successful delivery

3. Return Process

To request a return, contact our support team with:

  • Order ID
  • Registered mobile number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

After verification, our team will guide you through the return process.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed.

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days
  • COD Orders: Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit after verification

Refunds will be issued only after successful quality inspection.


5. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer:

  • Product replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund

depending on product availability and issue type.


6. Cancellation After Shipment

Orders that have already been shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.

Customers refusing prepaid orders after shipment may not be eligible for refund of shipping charges.


7. Important Notes

  • AyuVeda Health reserves the right to reject return/refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
  • Minor packaging variations or delays caused by courier partners are not considered valid reasons for return.
